Delivery

Blinds-Now orders are usually delivered within 3-5 days. However more often than not your order will arrive within 48 hours. Blinds that we trim the size for you are usually delivered within 5-7 days.

The charge for delivery is fixed at just £5.95 regardless of how many blinds you order in one transaction.

All blinds are delivered by a reputable national carrier and will require a signature to confirm delivery. The carrier can then provide us with a signed copy proof of delivery and this will be accepted as confirmation of safe delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged in any way it must be signed for as damaged or rejected by the customer. If a parcel is not signed as unchecked or damaged we cannot offer a refund for damaged goods.

Our carrier will not leave a parcel without a signature, please ensure that there will be someone to provide a signature at the address you require the goods delivered to ( this could be a work address).

If there is no one available when the carrier attempts to deliver they will try once more the following day, if there is still no one available to receive the delivery on this second attempt the parcel must be collected from the local depot, or an additional delivery charge will be made to re-ship the goods again.
