Fitting Guide
Measuring guide for ready made roman, roller and venetian blinds
All window blinds are ready-made in standard sizes so measuring for your window is very simple. With the exception of roman blinds, all blinds from Blinds-Now can be cut to fit exactly. All fixtures are made so you can attach the blind to the face of your window frame, wall or into the top of the lintel. This gives you complete control over the fitting of your new blind. There are generally two fitting options for your new window blind, inside and outside the window recess.
All sizes are in centimetres with the width followed by the drop.

Outside window recessInside window recess
Outside the window recess
This is the easiest way to fit your new blind.
Width: Simply measure the width of the window in 3 places the top, middle, and bottom to ensure you get the correct measurement (use the narrowest measurement) and purchase the next largest blind up from this size.
Drop: All blinds have a standard drop so providing the drop of the blind is more than the window the blind can be fitted and trimmed if required.
Inside the window recess
If you prefer your blind on the inside of the window recess.
Width: Measure the inside of the recess in 3 places the top, middle and bottom (use the narrowest width measurement). Then purchase the next largest blind up from this size. When you fit your new blind it can easily be trimmed to fit your exact window size.
Drop: as with blinds that are fitted outside the window recess all blinds have a standard drop so providing the drop of the blind is more than the window, the blind can be fitted and trimmed if required.
