We are so confident of the high quality products we supply that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 days for a full refund less the delivery charge. (This guarantee applies to any ready made product returned in its original packaging and condition. We cannot accept back products that have been altered in any way.)

We cannot accept back any blinds that we trim to size for you. For this reason we strongly suggest that you double check your window measurements and take advantage of our free sample service so that you know you have ordered the correct size, style and colour blind.

The cost of returns must be paid by the customer.

Replacements

All our window blinds are rigorously quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your blind is faulty please e-mail us at support@blinds-now.co.uk

We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for a free replacement to be sent without delay.
